We understand that owning a puppy is both a delight and a challenge. To help you through the tricky times we have puppy playschool and puppy one-to-ones.

Puppy Playschool is a place for you and your puppy to make new friends whilst teaching your puppy essential life skills. It is in the form of 6 week course held at 10am on Saturday morning in the Westward Community Centre in Cefn Glas. The course is set so that you start on week one and finish on week 6 and stick with the same people throughout, for this reason it is not possible to start part way through.

What is covered in Puppy playschool?
Training methods, body language, poisonous foods, toilet training, socialisation.
Exercises: Sit, response to name leading to recall, lie down, watch, touch, discussion and demo on not jumping up stand, handling, loose lead walking, discussion and demo on play biting and chewing, go to bed, leave, wait, confidence course, discussion on avoiding guarding, fun trick, plenty of opportunity for open discussion.
Puppy one-to-ones include those topics not covered in classes such as toilet training, chewing, leaving your puppy alone for the first time, sleep issues, unwanted barking, guarding issues etc.
The cost is £30 for an hour and the session takes place in you home. Contact us to arrange a session.
